GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Purchase of a gift certificate constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

Gift certificates are available for dollar amount or for products and services. This certificate cannot be redeemed for cash except in accordance with applicable law. Face value of certificate in the currency identified on the certificate. Unauthorized resale will invalidate this certificate. When properly authorized, this certificate may be redeemed for goods and services at Sapphire Day Spa. Gift certificates do not have an expiration date, however certificates for feature services may not be available at the time of booking but the cash value for the service will remain available. Any unused balance will be converted to credit at Sapphire Day Spa for future use in the spa or boutique. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

LOST CERTIFICATES

In the event you have lost a Sapphire Day Spa certificate, the spa is not responsible for loss, theft or alteration of the certificate. Sapphire will not issue credit for lost or stolen certificates. This certificate is not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash.

FORGOTTEN CERTIFICATES

The certificate must be present at the time of the appointment to pay for the product or service. In the event you have forgotten to bring your gift certificate to Sapphire you can redeem the certificate at a later date. You must pay for your day’s services and purchases with cash, or credit card.

CERTIFICATES LOST IN THE MAIL

In the event you or your recipient has not received your gift certificate in the mail, please call Sapphire Day Spa at 250-385-6676 and ask for assistance in tracking and resolving the issue.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS

Sapphire Day Spa gift certificates do not have expiration dates.

Sapphire Day Spa gift certificates are final sale and are not redeemable for cash.

Sapphire Day Spa gift certificates donated for charity must be redeemed for the listed product or service.

Due to the ongoing strike at Canada Post, we cannot mail our gift certificates or purchased products. We suggest choosing the “Hold For Pickup” option and we will send you a document that you can share with the recipient to let them know of the gift they received.
