For over 17 years Sapphire Day Spa’s mission has been to provide authentic, meaningful self-care and mindfulness-rooted treatments and services. We strive to integrate body, mind and spirit in our experiences and provide dedicated professional care. As a team, we aspire to adopt the principles of healthy living and to lead by example. We provide a refuge where you are free to be yourself and can enter into a state of well-being and reflection. We care about community, inclusivity, the environment and helping people learn about the health benefits that we provide. We care about each other as a team and seek to ensure that the experiences we create are received in an atmosphere of integrity, compassion and professionalism. We would like to acknowledge the land on which we live and work is within the traditional territories of the Lekwungen (Esquimalt, and Songhees).
Our name and our brand
Sapphire gemstones are steeped in symbolism as they embody sincerity, truth and constancy. They have long been called the “the celestial gemstone”, fulfilling dreams and promoting healing of the body. Throughout time sapphires have been worn by priests, kings, queens and those with a higher sense of their mystic powers, beauty and wonder. They have been used for centuries for body work, medicine and adornment.
The lotus flower represents true beauty, compassion, and the expansion of the truest self. The flower is said to have ten thousand petals, each opening to provide more depth and purity until reaching the moment of enlightenment.
Our logo has great importance to us as it is a constant reminder of our goal to provide a place in which your healing, growth, and development are encouraged and supported.
